24 Hour CANCELLATION POLICY and NO SHOW POLICY
Your appointments are very important to our Darling team professionals. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide a 24 hour notice. This allows our team to adjust their schedules to accommodate clients on our waiting list. Cancellations must be made directly with booked stylst. Communications on the salon number via voicemail or text will not be accepted. If a 24 hour notice is not made the following fees apply:
Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved appointment(s).
NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of service amount.
We will always do our best to accommodate you if you are running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, WE KNOW! However, your lateness cannot affect other client's reserved time. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, Great! If not you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep in your allotted appointment time. Please always call or text and let us know if you think you will be late so we can do our best to accommodate you and our other guests.
